Is there someone who can tell me the technical description of the OBD Code P0130.

P0130 means there is something wrong with the O2 sensor BEFORE the catylitc converter. More than likely a bad sensor, but follow same proceedure for tracing the issue as the write-up for P0133. http://www.obd-codes.com/trouble_codes/generic/p0133-oxygen-sensor-circuit-slow-response-bank-1-sensor-1.php
