Engine light came on inspite of the vehicle running alright, hubby reset the computer and the light would come on when I'd get down to around 1/4 tank of gas. He reset two other times, light came on again at around 1/4 tank and I took it to Advance for the OBD test, and it came up p0456. Just last year I had the vehicle in the dealer for a code and they done something with the gas cap. Then the vehicle was under warranty. Now, I'm sitting at 69960, so I'm more less wanting to know what to expect now and how much $$$ to spend. I called the dealer and they wouldn't even give me so much as a ball park figure just to check it.

It's not likely to be too difficult to fix. The code is for an emmissions leak in the EVAP system. So(unless it's the gas cap again)the fuel tank may need to be dropped to gain access to all the hoses, etc. Somehwere there's a cracked hose or could be a bad LDPump. Im pretty sure they have a high failure rate.
