My car is 1999 Toyota Corolla. I used OBD II code reader and got the code P0136--Oxygen Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank I Sensor 2)

I used the reader to clear the code, but next day engine light was on again. I cleared it again. Now the engine light is off.

How do I fix the problem? Do I need to change the Oxygen Sensor?

It's a problem with either the sensor or the wiring. Refer to a manual and check the voltage at the sensor. If the voltage /continuity to the sensor is good, then the sensor itself is likely the problem. Otherwise the problem is with the wiring.
