I have a 2003 dodge neon with 58,000 miles on it .the trouble code shows po441,evaporative emission control system incorrect purge flow. i have a repair manual on the car that says to check for leaks.so far i have tightned fuel cap and reset code but code comes back after a few days.it also says to check control valve and solonoid, but fails to say how to check these things.anyone with any advice would be greatly apreciated.
