I have a 2002 Chrysler T&C Limited, 3.8l, 72,000 miles, that showed a misfire code on the #2 cylinder. Changed spark plugs and wires. No help. Put on diagnostic machine and ended up replacing #2 fuel injector. 500 miles later now showing code P0441. EVAP emission control system purge flow fault. Any idea what I should look at first. Thanks for the help.

P0441 refers to a purge flow fault detected by the PCM. Basically, when the PCM activated the Purge solenoid in order to check the system's integrity, it did not detect any EVAP purge flow. The funny thing is, that in order for this code to set, your engine has to pass a leakage test. Which is good news for you....it means there is likely no leaks in the EVAP system, and likely that the reason there is no flow is because of a blocked purge hose, a faulty purge solenoid(most likely) or a blockage in the carbon canister(less likely but not impossible).

So start your engine and let it warm up completely. Then shut it off and restart the previously warmed up engine. The purge solenoid should start cycling about 2 minutes after startup. I THINK the purge sol. is located on the top front of the engine. To be sure, follow the black Evap line(has a green cap on the line's access port somewhere in the enginecompartment)
Follw that plastic line until you find the purge solenoid(little black cylinder). It will be the last thing in line before the engine. Put your hand on it and see if it is clicking about 2 min. after hot startup.

hmmmm...didn't think of that. If it was faulty, yeah, I guess that could be part of it.
