Okay, first, P0141 and P1166 refer to O2 sensor heater circuits malfunction.
P0141- Heater circuit malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 2
P1166- Heater circuit malfuntion Bank 1 Sensor 1
And P0341 refers to a camshaft position sensor performance fault.

I'd check the bell housing and make sure no wires were pinched during the installation. If the codes weren't present before the work, then go back through and recheck your work. This is the place to start. Check for any fuse that feeds the O2 heater circuits. They are likely to be fed off of the same fuse. Was your battery properlydisconnected while you performed the work? If not, fuses are the place to start. ALways disconnect your negative cable from the battery and isolate it before doing any work on the engine. It'll save you alot of heartache.
