When I took the car to Autozone, I got the codes P0303- Cylinder 3 Misfire and P0113- IAT Sensor 1 Circuit High Input. I ordered the new IAT sensor. What I am wondering is when I replace that, should it also take care of the misfire? Or will that be something different?

The misfire is something different. Refer to this article on P0300. Just keep in mind you already know which cylinder is causing the problem (cylinder #3).

I have a 95 Escort. I would suggest you check the spark plug and wire on the #3 cylinder, and if they're good check the distributor cap. It's likely going to be one of those three things.

I have a '99 F250SD with the 5.4 Triton and have the same codes with the addition of a flashing EGR bubble and an emission status of Yellow. I cleared the codes with the reader, started the engine and cut it off. Rehooked the reader: no DTC codes are stored in the computer, flashing bubbles: O2S, FUE, EGR, emission status: Yellow. Can anyone help?

give it time and your codes will likely return. your flashing bubbles I assume are incomplete monitors on the scan tool. They're incomplete because the codes were cleared with no repair.
Check the forums for posts on 02 faults and misfires on Fords. Lots to take in.

Welcome to the site by the way
