 Post subject: Lexus RX300 code 9140

OBD code checked at Autozone and they said it had code 9140---a manufacturer's code.

What is this??

Welcome. 9140 doesn't sound right. What year and model is the vehicle?

If the vehicle is 96 or newer the code should be as follows:
