Check O2 Heater Circuit -Upstream Bank 1 wiring and connections.

And while you're pulling you hair out, unlock your Caps Lock key...we're going blind trying to read.

Hope this helps and keep us posted.

they look fine but did you check them with a dvom? It might be worth opening up the harness form the pcm to the sensors and see if there's any obvious damage or you could try runiing new wires from the 02's to the pcm. Is there a burnt fuse somewhere that might be for your 02's. What brand of 02's did you use?

You tried disconnecting battery and PCM and then measure resistance between every pin at O2 harness connector? Watch out for that hair or you will get some resistance

Let us know what it was.

You either have a short to ground, voltage or an open curcuit in Bank 1 O2 harness or bad PCM. Or wrong HO2 as Jeff pointed out.

It's unlikely that it is a fuse because a single fuse feeds both O2's heater circuits and the code is only for one(1,1). Take a voltmeter, unplug the Upstream, bank 1 O2 sensor and measure at the Light blue wire with an orange tracer. It should have 12V. The ground is computer controlled(through the PCM). If you have voltage, then you'll need to take it to a shop, since you didn't sound too enthused about tracing circuits. They'll have to trace the ground circuit to the PCM. My guess is that you have a wiring harness open somewhere fairly close to the O2 sensor, a bad sensor(you said it was replaced) or a PCM.

Nope, you're still gonna have a problem. P0135 is a fault in the Bank 1 Sensor 1 heater circuit. It is a separate circuit inside the O2 sensor that controls a heater filament (it heats up the 02 sensor quickly rather than relying on exhaust gasses to warm it up)to allow your engine to reach closed loop faster. Your vacuum hose being off isn't good, but it has no effect on your HEATER in the o2 sensor. A vacuum hose being off can affect your O2 sensor trim readings itself, but not the heater circuit. Sorry, but I suspect you'll still have a trouble code. I

well, congrats, you've just had a great coincidence. But it's nothing more than that.
