My Chevy Metro/Suzuki engine 3cyl sets a DTC P0455 I know it is for gross EVAP and I have replaced the gas cap with a new one and it still sets the same code. It always sets off the code while im driving on the freeway after 200-300 miles of driving. I'm really stumped here is there a scan tool that I can buy that will read the freeze frame data that is stored with the trouble code? or am I stuck going to the dealer.

you don't need freeze frame data, look for any damaged vaccum lines in the circuit and check the valves and solenoids with a dvom
