OK, This one has my blood pressure at its peak!
I have replaced the egr valve, the dpfe, and the o2 sensors as well as removed, cleaned, and replaced the hose from the egr down to the exhaust. I am still getting a po401 code.
WHAT GIVES???
Any help would be appreciated.

did you clean the 2 egr passages in the throtle body. You need to remove the throtle body and clean those passages and all will be well again. this same thing happened to me and thats what a ford tech told me to do.

That seems to be the consensus. At least I got some fresh parts to go along with a good scrubbing. :D
