1995 Chevy Blazer 4.3L vortec. The truck isn't showing any codes, but these icons on the scanner (catalyst monitor, oxygen monitor and egr monitor) are flashing indicating that the monitor has not yet run it's diagnostic testing. anyone with any info as to why it hasn't run it's testing and how to go about fixing it would be greatly appreciated.

Have you recently cleared the codes or disconnected the battery?

You'll likely have to go through a drive cycle.
