2002 Ford Explorer Sport Trac 6 Cylinder

Two months ago the check engine light came on and the OBD code was P0401 which is EGR Insufficent Flow Detected. I took the following actions before the trouble code would disappear.

1) Changed EGR Valve
2) Changed vacuum regulator
3) Changed DPFE Sensor

Upon changing the DPFE sensor the trouble code was removed. Approximately a couple weeks ago, the PO402 trouble code has appeared (EGR Excessive Flow).

If you have a recommendation on the next best steps to perform, please
advise. I plan on taking the following actions at this point to see if I can come up with anything else, but I somewhat stuck.

1) Inspect all tubing and verify no issues.
2) Pull vacuum on EGR valve and determine if truck will stall when in idle
3) Inspect EGV to see if something is keeping it open.

Note: I did notice when the truck was in park and I pulled the tubing off the top of the EGR valve, I found vacuum on the end of the tubing. It is my understanding that there should be no vacuum if the truck is idling. Is that correct. Any help would be appreciated? Thanks.

firstly wrong forum! secondly try cleanning the tube and throttle body out really good, plugged passageways are a super common cause for that code, so are incorrect aftermarket dpfe's!

Thanks. I'll check it out. My friend has a volt meter so I can check out the DPFE sensor again without buying a new one. Sorry for putting this in the wrong forum. I'll get that changed. This was the 1st time using the website.
